This application (Sarkasmaster 3000) is operated through the Macaly platform.

We process the following personal data:

• Email address — for login and identity verification (via one-time code sent by email)
• Generation history — content type and format you generated (the topic itself is NOT stored)
• Topic — that you entered for generation (stored only during generation, then deleted)
• Payment information — transaction ID, amount, date (processed by Stripe)
• Credits and VIP status — number of credits and VIP subscription status

We process your data for the following purposes:

• User login and identification — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR)
• Provision of service (text generation, credit management) — legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)
• Payment processing — legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

• Resend — sending verification codes by email (USA)

We retain your personal data for as long as you use the application and for as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purposes. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will erase your data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax records for 10 years).

We protect your data using encrypted transmission (HTTPS), authentication via one-time codes (OTP), and restricted access to data. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe — we do not store any payment cards.

The application uses only essential cookies for login functionality and basic operation. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

The application is not intended for children under 15. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
